We headed out to the San Manuel amphitheater last Saturday for the appropriately titled, Mayhem Festival. It was a massive metal show with tens of thousands of fans attending from all over. We debuted our “Slayer Burger,” and boy was it a hit. Two 1/3 lb. patties, 2 slices of pepper jack cheese, two layers of jalapeno relish, lettuce, tomato, and our home made smokey serrano aioli. We wanted to make sure the fans were well nourished for their long day of moshing. Thanks to Live Nation for having us out. Can’t wait til next year!
